Job Summary:

OBK Islamic Center seeks a passionate and qualified grade 1-3 Islamic elementary school teacher to join our dedicated team. We are an Islamic school committed to providing a nurturing, Islamic environment that fosters the holistic development of our students.

Position: Grade 1-3 Islamic Elementary School Teacher

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Islamic curriculum and educational standards.
– Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment promoting Islamic values and character development.
– Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
– Assess and evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and instructional strategies.
– Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with best practices in Islamic education.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
– Strong knowledge of Islamic teachings and values.
– Experience teaching grade 1-3 students is preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Salary:

– $55,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
